These Terms of Use govern the use of the DollCare Schedule mobile application.
By downloading or using DollCare Schedule, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. Description of the Service
DollCare Schedule is a maintenance and care tracking application designed to help users manage maintenance schedules, inspections, cleaning routines, and care records for dolls and onaholes.
The application is provided for informational and organizational purposes only.
2. Subscriptions and Purchases
DollCare Schedule may offer optional premium features through:

Monthly subscriptions

Yearly subscriptions

Lifetime purchases
Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Users can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through their Apple ID account settings.
3. Apple Standard EULA
DollCare Schedule uses the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA):

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA shall prevail.
4. User Data
DollCare Schedule stores user information locally on the user's device.
The application does not guarantee permanent availability of user data. Users are encouraged to create regular backups using the export features provided by the application.

5. Disclaimer
The application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
While reasonable efforts are made to ensure accuracy and reliability, the developer makes no guarantee that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the application.
7. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the application after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
