Return and Refund Policy
At Concept Beauty, we are committed to providing you with quality products and reliable service. However, due to the intimate and specific nature of our items, returns are not allowed, Additionally, return shipping costs are often high relative to our business and its logistical and international nature.
Refund Conditions :
A refund can only be considered in the following cases:
- You provide clear photos demonstrating that the product is defective or does not match the description provided.
- Your request is processed within 2 days after receipt of the order.
Return Fees :
Please note that, in exceptional cases where a physical return may be allowed (e.g., a major error in the shipment), return costs are often high compared to the market value of our business. These costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Validation process :
- Once your photos are received and reviewed, our team will confirm if the issue is eligible for a refund or replacement.
- In case of validation, we will offer you a partial or full refund, or a replacement if available.
Exceptions :
- Items damaged by improper handling or misuse will not be taken into account.
- No physical returns will be accepted for hygiene and logistics reasons, except in exceptional cases mentioned above.
