3.1 Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on our site, you accept our General Terms of Sale and these Terms of Service. These terms govern all your transactions with the site.

3.2 Products

Products are described as precisely as possible. If you have any doubts about a product, do not hesitate to contact us before placing an order.

3.3 Liability

Although the Site is responsible for order management, the shipping of products by our partner Tantaly is under their responsibility. We cannot be held liable for delays or errors in the shipping of products by this supplier.

Some products sold on the Site are shipped directly by our partner supplier and shipper, Tantaly, who ships goods from their warehouses located in the United States, Europe, and Canada. Tantaly handles the logistics of products shipped from these regions.
